Their skill and artistry needs not much explanation; they are famously known for their artwork, music and paintings, food items, jewellery and clothing materials. Their art work has always carried deep social messages, narratives of history, uniqueness of cultural logics and mythology. Their medicinal knowledge has been identified by numerous scholars and organizations over time.

The dexterity involved in the indigenous practices of collecting herbs, preserving them for multiple usages have been recognized as alternative healing/medical systems worthy of exploring.

Tribal folklores, music and dance has been an area of interest for various disciplines and off late has started to get documented and acknowledged in a number of formats.

A number of people these days are interested in knowing the intricacies and borrowing the innate sense of art inscribed with meaning. The antiquities expressed through the immaculate tribal art work are extremely popular with the fashion and music industry as well. With the increased sociopolitical connect, a number of agencies (both government and non- government) are coming forward to put the art work at a higher pedestal giving the tribal communities their well deserved credit, commercially too and acknowledgement.
